The employees of the JUKI Group globally are working to improve all aspects of research, development, production and services.
JUKI CENTRAL EUROPE Ltd. was established on 1-st of July 2005 as a main JUKI's European sales company for industrial sewing machines. From this company located in Warsaw, Poland we coordinate sales of machines and parts to over 20 European countries including Russia and CIS countries. We do sales, marketing and logistic job from this company. We have got here in Warsaw Technical Department which organizes technical seminars for our customers and takes care of machines service.
Pressing forward, we are additionally focusing on improved customer relationships. We value the related ideas of "Mind & Technology" (Technology with Heart) and our "Customer-Oriented" Policy, which together form the basis of the JUKI brand of today. We will continue to provide products and services by taking our customers needs and desires strictly into account, by treating our customers as "co-production partners", in which we create value together by learning directly from our customers.
Also, we will contribute to world industry, and ultimately to the happiness of human beings everywhere, by promoting management with an emphasis on product quality as well as introducing attractive new products. In addition, to shape company activities that closely take environmental concerns into account, we will promote environmental management and are currently acquiring ISO14001 certification.
